Assisting Photographic
Research at CENCOR P.R.
Elaborated bibliographic project Reference resources on preservation and conservation of historic photographic collections, aimed to raise awareness about the importance of photographic preservation. It hopes to serves as a roadmap for future research.
Participating as a speaker in the Symposium on Preservation of Documentary Collections with presentation "Una mirada al Patrimonio Fotográfico de Puerto Rico: Proyecto Bibliográfico" (May 2025)
By doing this research in collaboration with CENCOR P.R, I gained familiarity with the best practices, techniques and theories of photographic preservation and conservation.

Digitization of Historical Documents
Selected as part of the Archivo General de Puerto Rico and Centro de Economia Creativa's 2025 cohort.
50+ hours of intensive training in digitization workflows, digital capture using Capture One, metadata generation, and quality control protocols aligned with FADGI guidelines.
Gained hands-on experience in stabilizing, and handling historical collections, along with practical knowledge of digitization equipment.
Trained in digital preservation formats and digital assets management to support public engagement with historical collections.
